Swedish Massage
Unwind with a relaxing, full body massage using soft, long, kneading and gliding strokes on the topmost layers of muscle to help to relieve tension, increase circulation, and reduce emotional and physical stress.

Deep Tissue Massage
A customized session targeting the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. This service is recommended for clients with acute and chronic pain due to scar tissue build-up, trouble spots and overworked muscles.

Prenatal massage offers all the benefits of a traditional Swedish massage, along with special physical accommodations for mother-to-be.

Pedicures & Foot Care
Toenail and foot care services are performed dry/waterless. After your appointment, we will discuss your home care plan. Please bring appropriate shoes to wear after your service!
Essential Pedicure
Healthy toenails and feet require regular maintenance every 3-4 weeks. This service includes:
- Nail trimming/shaping
- Cuticle care
- Foot exfoliation & hydration
- light foot massage
- One gel polish color

This detailed service is for those who have gone without a pedicure for an extended time. It includes the essentials of a pedicure and addresses any chronic foot/toenail issues such as:

Manicures
Nail care services are performed dry/waterless. After your appointment, we will discuss rebooking your nail service for 2-3 weeks out to ensure proper care and maintenance.
Structured Gel Manicure
This service begins with nail trimming and shaping, detailed cuticle care, application of a builder/construction gel to provide strength and structure to the natural nail, and finished with your choice of one gel color and top coat.
- Maintenance is recommended every 2-3 weeks depending on nail growth and home care.
- Please come to your first appointment with bare or naked nails. If you have acrylic or dip, it must be removed BEFORE your appointment, otherwise there will be an additional $15-25 removal fee

Basic Manicure
