Professionalism

Aura Studio has a zero tolerance policy. Any sexual advances, innuendo, or inappropriate touching will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate termination of your massage session.  

New Clients

All new clients will receive an initial phone consultation to ensure that you are a good fit for my services. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. 

Deposit for Services

A deposit may be requested at any time to confirm nail or massage services. 

Mobile Massage Services

Mobile massages are available but limited to my local area and based on weather conditions. Contact me at (817) 797-0773 to book your mobile session. 

Masks

Face masks are optional for guests/clients.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted, however I may wear a mask during specific times of the service.

Food & Guest

No extra guests, kids or pets are allowed.

No food or snacks. Drinks are allowed, but they must have a secure lid.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

Cancellations within 8-24 hours of scheduled appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the full price of the scheduled service. Cancellations within 8 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee.

Clients who habitually cancel and/or reschedule will be prohibited from making future appointments.

Rescheduling
Clients who cancel without rescheduling will be required to pay a DEPOSIT of 1/2 the amount of the service to secure future appointments. The deposit will go towards your total service balance. Your appointment will not be secured or guaranteed until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance of your service is due at the end of your appointment.

No Shows

Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a cancelled appointment, and you will be prohibited from making future appointments.

Late Policy

If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time, I may not be able to accommodate you. Being late could alter what service your receive.

Nail Repairs 

Any damage to a nail(s) after 72 hours from your appointment and/or damage caused by neglect and/or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for free repair. Please contact me to schedule a repair appointment.
